Attorney Wiliam D. Stilley

My brother was an attorney. My uncle was an attorney. Both influenced my going to law school and becoming an attorney. With a life-long passion for history, I already had a strong appreciation for the law and becoming an attorney was a way to play my part in my community.

I believe helping others is an important calling in life. I currently volunteer with We The People and use my practice as a means to help those who really need it. This drives the personal approach I take to every client and every case. I try to go above and beyond for my clients to make sure their needs are taken care of.

Areas of Focus

There are certain areas of the law I have dedicated my practice to. They are areas that allow me to really help my clients in a personal way:

  • Estate Planning
  • Probate & Trust Administration
  • Estate Tax Planning
  • Special Needs Planning
  • Wills & Trusts
  • Elder Law
  • Medicaid Crisis Planning
  • Asset Protection
  • Business Succession
  • Charitable Planning

With experience is all of these areas, I have the knowledge needed to help you fully understand the process of each so you can make informed decisions moving forward.

I value integrity and honesty, and my desire is to help people in all stages of life.

You Are My Priority

When clients come to me after a life-changing event, they are often overwhelmed, anxious, or in crisis. With empathy and understanding, I will listen to your story and proactively analyze the situation to determine all of your options so you can make informed decisions.

What I Offer to You

Having my own firm allows me the freedom to spend more time with my clients than I would if I worked with a large firm. I use this time to get to know my clients, what their situation is, what their goals are, and exactly how I can help them. No two clients are the same, and I respect that. Every plan, every strategy is customized to your needs. When you work with me, you get quality legal services with personal attention. In addition, I strive to always offer the following:

  • Understanding and compassion
  • Time to process all of the information
  • Respect
  • Honesty
  • A laid-back stress-free office environment
  • Expert legal counsel

Being able to make a difference is important to me. If you are in a crisis, I want to be the one to guide you through. If you have lost a loved one, I want to help your family put everything back together. And if you are preparing for the future, I am here to aid you in establishing a custom estate plan. Whatever you need, I am here to help.
